Ingredients:

  • 2 large russet potatoes, peeled and boiled until tender
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
  2. Add the beaten egg and salt to the mashed potatoes, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the gluten-free flour, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. On a floured surface, roll the dough into ropes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Using a fork, gently press each gnocchi to create ridges.
  6. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop the gnocchi into the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove the cooked gnocchi with a slotted spoon and serve with your favourite sauce or toppings.
