Very nice people and super delicious recipes (the first vegan/vegetarian meals that I ate in my life with real great taste!!), made with great fresh products that grow in the farm and produced with such a devotion and love. It's the ideal place to discover yourself, surrounded by nature and the beautiful quiet horses. There's some magic in the air you breathe at Quinta Carvalhas. Don't miss some quiet time with yourself at the Meditation Garden or any other of the outdoor spaces such as the pool's garden. The property has always some spot for you to be alone and wonder about life.”
