This relaxed retreat provides a safe and supportive space for women to explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes that accompany perimenopause and menopause.

Michelle is a life coach, energy healer, yoga teacher, artist and an interior designer, and all of these aspects of who she is helped to form the incredible retreat centre that is Quinta Carvalhas.
It was when ladies started to come to her for intuitive healing sessions with their ‘serious health problems’ that their doctors can’t fix, that she realised that it is time for something much bigger to occur in women’s health.
